Selection Procedure

• For IBPS Scores Posts - Selection to be on basis of performance in IBPS Specialist Officers CWE Exam (Held in March 2012) and a Personal Interview to be held later.
• For NON-IBPS Scores Posts (Open Competition) -
  • Selection to be on basis of performance in a written test and a Personal Interview to be held later.
• Finally selected candidates will be probationary for 2 years for Officers (Scale - I) and 1 year for Officers (Scale - II,IV).

• Application fee is -
  • For IBPS Scores Posts - Rs. 20 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs. 100 for Others.
  • For Non - IBPS Scores Posts - Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs. 400 for Others.
• Fee may be paid by Given Payment Challan at any Oriental Bank of Commerce Branch or by NEFT through branches of any Other bank.
• For NEFT Payment - Go to the nearest branch of any Bank and pay, in Cash, the Application Fee in Account No. 12371171000096 with Sector 32, Gurgaon Branch (IFSC No. ORBC0101237) in the name & style of "OBC SPECIALIST OFFICERS RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2012-13".
• After payment, Apply online by using payment and other details. Keep the payment challan and two prints of application forms for future use as they are to be used in the Interview process.
